Needed an urgent covid RT-PCR test for a trip to Japan. Made an appointment in the morning, stopped in ALC in the afternoon, and got the lab report PDF emailed to us that evening. This darn covid test was the most stressful part of our entire trip, and we appreciate ALC doing exactly what they promised to do. One more thing - if you are going to Japan as we were - don't bother with the Japan package. You just need the RT-PCR result and they will accept whatever format you have. We bought the Japan version but I accidentally sent the regular one and it was accepted.

After learning my vaccination booster was over 270 days old and I could not get into Spain 18 hours before my flight and I needed a pcr test within 24 hours … my results were uploaded to United and I was cleared. I didn’t have to do a thing. It was almost exactly 4 hours so .. don’t expect it earlier. Zip zip easy pizzzy. I WILL use them again if needed. Perfect for travel.

Update!! My results was emailed a little after 10pm but my overall experience was great! Customer service was very nice and helpful!! No long waiting periods at all I was in and out. Was definitely worth it especially if you want same day results! Will definitely recommend.
